Well as I promised here is the finished job. Shawn made a decorative I beam support to raise the bottom sash of the top window to eliminate the sagging and add support. We did not have to remove the stained glass window to accomplish this. See picture below for description on raising a sash.
We cut a push stick about the same as the actual opening then placed a cut off piece of 1" x 4" on the sill before standing up the stick to prevent any damage to the sill while wedging the stick.
After the sash support was put into place we used a nail gun to attach it to the sill, of course making sure there was no sagging before setting our first nail!! Then we added a piece of 1" x 4" board across the sash marrying all pieces together.
Below is the completed job. Things don't always go so smoothly while working with glass. However, this job went with no hitches!!
We are very happy with the finished project as is the owner!! Please feel free to leave us a comment, ask us a question or share this blog.
Thank you!!

Stained Glass Frog with Fly
This Frog was one of the coolest things I have ever repaired. Sorry I do not have a before picture I fixed 1 small red piece by his eye.
He is made with Non Fusible Bullseye Glass.
A close up of his face. I love the choice of glass color!!
This is tooo funny!! Copper Re-strip was used to make the tongue. Notice the fly glued to the end of his tongue. Definitely one of my favorite pieces!! :)
Thank you!!

Antique Stained Glass Window
This Stained Glass Window is located in an old Victorian House on Court Street in Woodland, CA. This old house is actually a Dentist Office. I removed the window about a year ago to rebuild it due to aging. If you notice, the window is bowing slightly in the middle causing the large piece of clear antique glass to pull out of the zinc at the top of the window. There is a daylight gap about 1/16" at the top of the clear piece in the center. The wood at the bottom of the frame needs some work to support the weight of the window. We will be doing that on Friday and will post the work in progress along with the completed job.
Here you can see the wood at the bottom of the Stained Glass Window bowing.
If you look closely at the picture below you will see where the clear glass is pulling away from the zinc.
I look forward to showing you the finished project!! Be sure to follow my blog to see!!

Beautiful Stained Glass Front Door
This is a before and after shot of a front door I repaired. There was a broken piece in the oval of the door. Be sure to check my Stained Glass tips and tricks blog also to see how this was done.
This is a Gorgeous Stained Glass Entry Way!! The same bevel cluster was used in the transom, door and sidelight. They used clear single glue chip glass for the background and Spectrum Clear Water Glass in the border. These windows are made with 1/4" h lead came.
